I’ll join you for simple, grounding activities: sharing coffee without pressure to talk, playing a board game, sitting poolside, or strolling quietly through the city. This is about soothing loneliness through presence, not conversation — a chance to feel seen without expectation.
2. Story Listener & Reflector – ₱2,800/hr
You talk, I listen — but I also give something back.
As you share your story, I’ll reflect your thoughts with care, ask gentle questions, and help you discover insights about yourself. It’s not therapy — it’s a heart-to-heart where your feelings are valued, and I help you see them from a new angle.
3. Stress Release Session – ₱3,000/hr
This is your safe outlet to unload emotional pressure.
You can rant about work, cry over heartbreak, or even laugh at life’s absurdities — and I’ll guide you through calming techniques (like mindful breathing or light exercises) so you don’t just vent, but also leave the session more grounded and lighter.
4. Walk & Talk Therapy-Inspired – ₱3,200/hr
Movement changes everything.
We’ll walk side by side — in a park, by the bay, or through Manila’s lively streets — while I guide the conversation. I’ll ask questions, share reflections, and keep the talk flowing naturally. Walking clears the mind, and together we’ll turn heavy thoughts into clarity and perspective.
5. Healing Companion – ₱3,500/hr
For those really hard moments — a breakup, loss, or a day when you feel like collapsing.
I’ll create a cocoon of calm: soft music, warm tea, a supportive space. I’ll sit with you, listen if you want to share, or keep you company in silence. I’ll bring grounding rituals (like journaling prompts or gratitude reflection) to help you start healing from the inside.
